Max Headroom?

He wasn’t a cop, but his detective work as a journalist was self sacrificing and revealing.
Why wouldn’t it be a good name for a cop?

filmfann's avatar

Max was great. I haven’t seen a DVD collection of the series.

I saw the movie on VHS in the barracks. I don’t know where they got it. I looked for it various times over the years with no luck. I finally found it on eBay, and learned it had never been released in the states.

Until then, I couldn’t understand why none of my friends knew the story of how he got his name, or came to be a tv blurb. He did a lot of exposing the Corp elite, and should have been made an honorary cop.
And it all came about because someone wanted a neat way to intro music videos.
